Our Service
Changing Thermostat or Actuator
When a thermostat is set to a certain temperature, the AC unit attempts to achieve that temperature by blowing cool air only at necessary intervals. It is the job of the actuator to control the opening and closing of the chilled water in response to the thermostat, any failure in thermostat or actuator will affect your AC operation and performance.
Drainage Cleaning
The drain line helps remove condensation that builds up within your air conditioner. The drain line carries the moisture via a PVC pipe to the outside of your home. However, over time, the drain line can become clogged and cause water to back up into your system and cause water leakage.
Fan Motor Replacement
The fan in your Fan Coil Unit (FCU) helps circulate the cool air throughout your home. This unit requires regular check up to insure that you AC is working on different fan mode and your system is quite and does not make any noise
Coil, Filter And Grill Cleaning
An air conditioner's filters, coils, and grills require regular maintenance for the unit to function effectively and efficiently throughout its years of service. Neglecting necessary maintenance ensures a steady decline in air conditioning performance while energy use steadily increases.
Chilled Pipe Insulation
Insulation is used to control cold pipe systems and keep them functioning properly and in good repair. Insulation failure will cause less cooling and condensation.
This condensation can adversely effect the quality of the pipes and cause water leakage, mould, and degradation of the pipe material.
